Double Exposure
The images I selected for my double exposure were mostly with line, shape, and texture. I used flowers, grass, a bridge, a pumpkin, and lastly a self portrait. The objects related compositionally because they were mostly all taken outside except for the self image. In the second photo I just used the self image and not the background. I also cropped some of the images so some of the background wouldn't show. The first thing that had to be done was to check the resolution of the photos. Then I had to set up the two images side by side and drag one on top of the other. The opacity tool was used to get the double exposure so the top image would be lighter. For the second picture I had to use the eraser so you could just see the just the self image and not the background of the photo. The objects relate conceptually. The flowers and the pumpkins in the same picture are both something to do with fall. The bridge and flowers relate because the bridge photo has clear pretty skies and the flowers are clear and pretty. The idea that my double exposure conveys is mostly to do with nature. All of the pictures have flowers in them which has something to do with nature.
